## Corporate versus Organization settings

The two are easy to confuse:

| Corporate                                  | Organization settings                                    |

| The legal entity record, governance, board | Day-to-day configuration: branding, email, team, billing |
| Read and maintained by admins and finance  | Changed by organization admins                           |
| Evidence for surveys and governance review | Operational settings                                     |

## Troubleshooting

| Problem                                              | What to check                                                                                                     |

| Corporate is missing from my sidebar                 | It is limited to Organization Admins and Finance Managers.                                                        |
| I want to change our logo or email settings          | Those are in [Organization settings](/account/organization-settings), not here.                                   |
| A location appears here and in Organization settings | Same records, surfaced in both places.                                                                            |
| Notifications are not arriving                       | Check subscription and advance days. See [Compliance and notifications](/corporate/compliance-and-notifications). |
