Where to find what changed in OfficeRidge, and what changed in this documentation.

## Product release notes

Release notes, new features, and platform improvements are published inside OfficeRidge on the
**Product Updates** page, which every authenticated user can open.

## Documentation changelog

### 2026-08 — Complete rebuild

This documentation was rebuilt from the OfficeRidge application source so that every page describes
the product as it actually behaves.

**What changed**

* **Navigation now mirrors the application sidebar.** The previous structure described a different
arrangement of modules. Documentation sections now match the seven you see in the product:
Overview, Clinical, Workforce, Financial, Compliance & Quality, Organization, and Account.
* **Nine previously undocumented modules added:** [Scheduling](/scheduling), [Intake](/intake),
  [CRM](/crm), [Forms](/forms), [Assets](/assets), [Security](/account/security),
  [Account](/account/profile), [Location settings](/account/location-settings), and
  [Switch organization](/account/switch-organization).
* **Modules promoted to their real position.** [Care Plans](/care-plans) and
[Time & Attendance](/attendance) are top-level modules in the product and are now documented as
such rather than buried as sub-pages.
* **"Claims & Billing" renamed to [Billing](/billing)**, matching the product.
* **Pages for retired routes removed.** Documentation previously covered three paths that only
redirect elsewhere in the application. Old links now redirect to the real destinations.
* **Cross-module guides added.** Real work crosses modules, so there are now six workflow guides
including [EVV to paid claim](/guides/evv-to-claim) and
  [New member admission](/guides/new-member-admission).
* **Reference pages added.** [Roles and permissions](/getting-started/roles-and-permissions) and
[Plans and modules](/getting-started/plans-and-modules) answer the most common question users have:
  why can't I see this?

**Why it changed**

The previous documentation was largely generated from a template. Around four fifths of its pages
carried the same placeholder body text with only the title changed, and its structure described
modules that did not match the application. Both problems made it unreliable to work from.

## Reporting a documentation problem

Every page in this documentation has feedback controls. If a page describes something that does not
match what you see in OfficeRidge, use them — a mismatch is a documentation bug worth fixing.
