Faysan

Faysan is the OfficeRidge operations assistant. It answers with counts, statuses, and record links. It does not receive names, dates of birth, Medicaid IDs, diagnoses, notes, or encrypted fields.

Who can use it

Every authenticated user can open Overview → Faysan (/assistant).

• Organization admins are enabled automatically on first use (from the plan’s included credits).
• Other users need an admin to assign quota at /assistant/access.
• Usage (/assistant/usage) is for Organization Admin, Finance Manager, and Compliance Officer.
• Activity review (/assistant/activity) is for Organization Admin and Compliance Officer.

What Faysan can do

Faysan cannot write anything except create a task.

What not to paste

Do not paste a member name, date of birth, Medicaid ID, or clinical note into the chat. If you do, Faysan will refuse to treat it as a lookup key. Open the record page instead, or ask for a count.

OpenRouter

Faysan calls OpenRouter. Admins can connect a BYO key at /integrations/openrouter (Professional+). A rejected key is not stored and does not fall back to the OfficeRidge platform key. Platform keys (OPENROUTER_API_KEY) and optional Management API keys (OPENROUTER_MANAGEMENT_API_KEY) are deployment secrets. Management keys provision per-org child keys with a monthly USD limit; they cannot call completions.
