The Dashboard is your agency’s daily operating picture and the page OfficeRidge opens on. Everyone with an account can see it. What it counts is scoped to your active organization and location.

Headline metrics

Three tiles summarize where your attention is needed: Selecting a tile takes you to the underlying list.

Quick actions

Five shortcuts cover the work most agencies start their day with:

New Member Registration

Begin admitting a new member.

Manage Employees

Open the staff roster.

Task Manager

Review recurring task rules and weekly rollups.

Open previously generated reports and the audit trail.

Compliance

Check open findings and upcoming compliance dates.
Quick actions follow the same permission rules as the sidebar. An action you cannot use does not appear. See Roles and permissions.

Member inflow analytics

A weekday chart (Monday through Sunday) showing how members entered service over the period. Use it to spot referral patterns and staffing pressure before it reaches your schedulers. Alongside it, a breakdown by discipline:
  • Nursing
  • Therapy
  • Social Work
  • Administration

Workforce compliance tiles

Three tiles track credentialing risk across your staff:
An OIG flag means a staff member may appear on a federal or state exclusion list. Investigate before that person delivers billable services — claims for excluded providers are not payable. See Credentials and checks.
