Reports holds previously generated reports, compliance audits, and the system audit trail.

Who can use it

Organization Admins, Location Admins, Clinical Managers, Finance Managers, and Compliance Officers.

Reports

Generated and scheduled reports with frequency and next-run scheduling. Columns: Title · Type · Generated · Scheduled · Frequency · Next Run
Scheduling a report is more reliable than remembering to run it. Reports needed for a recurring obligation — board meetings, payer submissions, cost reporting — should be scheduled.

Audit Log

System-wide audit trail of user actions, affected tables, and record changes. Columns: User · Action · Date · Table · Record This is the general system audit trail, covering actions across OfficeRidge.
This is distinct from the HIPAA audit trail in HIPAA compliance, which records PHI access specifically and is immutable. Use the HIPAA trail for privacy investigations and this one for general operational questions.

OIG exclusions report

A dedicated exclusions report checks staff against federal and state exclusion lists. It is available to Organization Admins, Location Admins, Compliance Officers, Finance Managers, Clinical Managers, and Human Resources staff.
Run exclusion checking regularly, not once at hire. A provider can be excluded after you employ them, and services they deliver from that point are not payable. The Dashboard OIG Flags tile surfaces matches.

Scheduling a report

1

Generate it once manually

Confirm the output is what you need before automating it.
2

Set the schedule and frequency

Match the frequency to the obligation it serves.
3

Confirm Next Run

Check it lands before the deadline the report supports.
4

Check it ran

Generated should advance each cycle.

Using the audit log

1

Identify what you are investigating

A specific record, or a specific user’s activity.
2

Filter by user, table, or record

The audit log covers actions across the system.
3

Use the HIPAA trail for PHI questions

If the question concerns member information access, use HIPAA compliance instead.
