Organization settings covers your organization profile, locations and team.
Only Organization Admins and above can open this page.

What you can configure

Setting up a new organization

1

Complete the organization profile

Identity, address, and compliance fields. These appear on documents and filings.
2

Set your branding

Logo and colours flow through to navigation and to Forms.
3

Configure email

Verify your sending domain so notifications reach staff and members reliably.
4

Add your locations

5

Invite your team and assign roles

Roles decide what each person can reach. See Roles and permissions.

Email configuration

Domain verification matters more than it appears. Unverified sending domains commonly land in spam, which means expiry warnings and task notifications quietly do not arrive.
If staff report missing notifications, check email configuration before assuming the notification settings are wrong. See Compliance and notifications.

Single sign-on

SAML and OIDC let staff sign in with your existing identity provider.
SSO integration is listed as an Enterprise plan feature. See Plans and modules.

Team and roles

The organization team covers everyone across the whole organization. Location-specific team assignment happens in Location settings.
Assign the least privileged role that lets someone do their job. Organization Admin bypasses every role check in OfficeRidge, including access to member records — it is not a convenience setting.

Danger Zone

Organization deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period rather than happening immediately.
Scheduling organization deletion affects every user, member record, and historical document in the organization. The 30-day grace period exists so the decision can be reversed — but do not schedule it to “see what happens”. If you need to stop using OfficeRidge, contact support first.
