These two tabs hold your agency’s legal entity record and the physical places you operate from.

Organizations

Registered organizations with legal names, types, subscription tiers, and status. Columns: Name · Legal Name · Type · Status · Tier · Established
Legal Name and Name are frequently different, and using the wrong one on a filing or payer application causes rejections. Confirm which is required before submitting anything external.

Locations

Physical office and service delivery locations with addresses and contact info. Columns: Name · Type · City · State · Phone · Status Locations matter operationally because most records in OfficeRidge are location-scoped. Your active location filters what you see across the whole application.
Multi-location support requires the Professional plan or higher. See Plans and modules.

Adding a location

1

Confirm your plan supports it

Multi-location is a Professional feature.
2

Create the location record

Set name, type, address, and phone.
3

Assign the team

Staff are assigned per location. See Location settings.
4

Check licensing requirements

A new location may need its own licence. See Licences and surveys.
5

Confirm status is active

Inactive locations should not receive new members or assignments.
A new service delivery location often requires its own licence and may need adding to payer contracts before you can bill for services delivered from it. Check both before taking on members there.

Closing a location

1

Transfer or discharge members

Members assigned to the location need reassigning first.
2

Reassign staff

Update location team assignments.
3

Set the status to inactive

Rather than deleting the record, which would break historical reporting.
4

Notify licensing and payers

Both usually require notification of a closure.
