The layouts you will meet
List page with tabs
List page with tabs
The most common layout. A page title and subtitle sit at the top, followed by a row of tabs.
Each tab is a table of one record type.Members, Employees, Billing, Finance, Licensing, and most other modules use
this. When this documentation says “the Authorizations tab”, it means a tab on one of these
pages.
List page with a header panel
List page with a header panel
The same layout with an interactive panel above the tabs.
- Scheduling shows a week board above its tabs.
- Intake shows a referral kanban board.
- Time & Attendance shows the EVV exception queue.
- Billing shows a billing summary.
Detail page
Detail page
Selecting a row opens that record’s detail page. Detail pages show the record’s own fields plus
tabs of related records — a member’s detail page reaches their authorizations, visits, and
documents without going back to the list.
Hub page
Hub page
A page of grouped link cards rather than a table. Security, Organization Settings, and
Location Settings are hubs: each card describes a setting and links to where you change it.
Domain dashboard
Domain dashboard
Summary tiles across the top, tables underneath. Compliance uses this, leading with open
findings by severity and aging before its thirteen tabs.
Working with tables
Every tabbed table behaves the same way.Deleting records
Most clinical records are never hard-deleted. Removing a record marks it deleted and keeps it out of your lists, but the underlying history is retained so audit trails stay intact. Why something might not appear
A module, tab, or record can be hidden for four different reasons. Work through them in order:1
Your role
The sidebar only shows modules your role can open. See
Roles and permissions.
2
Your plan
Some modules require a higher subscription tier. See
Plans and modules.
3
Your active organization
Records belong to one organization. Use Switch Organization if you work across agencies.
4
Your active location
Location-scoped records only appear for your active location. Change it in
Location settings.
