Regulatory Portals is a directory of the official sites a Texas agency actually signs into or checks. It does not store new account numbers or passwords. Open it from the sidebar: Regulatory Portals (/business/regulatory-portals). Every signed-in user can open the directory. OfficeRidge links on a portal card only appear when your role can open that page.

What a card is

Each card names the agency, why you go there, and an Open site link to the official address. A portal page can also list the usual subpages (enrollment, EVV notices, franchise tax) and the OfficeRidge records that belong with that site (Corporate, Licensing, Identifiers). Passwords are not on this page. They stay in Resources → Access. Account numbers that already live on Identifiers, the organization NPI or tax id, the corporate EIN, or the TWC account can be shown from the portal page. Showing them requires your authenticator code, is written to the audit log, and the values hide again after 30 seconds.
The directory is not a filing. Completing work on the official site still has to be recorded in Corporate, Licensing, or Finance. A link is not evidence that the filing was submitted.

HHSC state tags used on mock surveys are a separate list. See Licences and surveys.
