These tabs cover your annual reporting obligations: cost reports for reimbursement, tax preparation and filings, and your Texas Workforce Commission registration.

Cost Reports

Annual cost reports for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Columns: Name · Year · Status Cost reports determine reimbursement rates. They draw on a full fiscal year of cost and delivery data, so accuracy in the underlying records matters long before the report is due.
A cost report submitted late or with unsupported figures can affect your reimbursement rate for the following period. Start assembling the year’s data well before the deadline.

Tax Prep

Tax preparation records with revenue and expense summaries by year. Columns: Year · Revenue · Expenses

Tax Records

Annual business tax filings and records with attachments. Columns: Year · Type · Filed · Status Filed records when the return actually went in — distinct from Status, which tracks where it is in your process.

Prep Tasks

Tax preparation checklist tasks with stage tracking. Columns: Task · Stage · Assignee · Due Use these to break tax season into assignable pieces rather than one large obligation.

TWC

Texas Workforce Commission account registrations and primary contacts. Columns: Account # · Status · Contact Your TWC account covers state unemployment tax obligations. Keeping Contact current means notices reach someone who will act on them.
