These tabs hold your federal civil rights attestations and the record of any requests received.

Assurance of Compliance

Federal assurance of compliance attestations with confirmation tracking. Columns: Date Completed · Status · Confirmation # Agencies receiving federal funds must attest to compliance with federal civil rights requirements. The attestation is periodic, and the Confirmation # is your evidence it was filed.
Without a Confirmation #, you cannot evidence the attestation was accepted. Record it when the filing is confirmed, not when it is submitted.

Civil Rights Requests

Civil rights compliance documentation and request records. Columns: Date Completed · Status Requests may concern accessibility, language access, or discrimination. Each needs recording and resolving.
Civil rights matters can carry statutory deadlines and legal exposure. Involve your administrator and, where appropriate, counsel. Do not resolve these informally.
